DosareX VERTICAL SMART MANUAL DOSING
If your production involves preparing small components, then you’re well aware of how delicate this operation is. Even the slightest operator error can significantly impact the final product and result in problems with your clients.
The only way to reduce errors to a minimum is to use effective tools that assist the operator throughout the process: selecting components, dosing them, handling containers and eliminating repetitive and hazardous operations.
DosareX Vertical is much more than a simple manual dosing station.
It is a set of perfectly integrated machines, controlled by a user-friendly and yet fully-featured modular software system.
- – The components are handled by an automatic vertical magazine which can hold up to 400 separate articles;
- – manual dosing operations are not just supervised by the software connected to the scales, but constantly verified by our technology to prevent simple errors;
- – the most common components, as well as components which are not to be manipulated manually, are handled by up to 7 automatic dosing units, making DosareX Vertical a fully-fledged automatic machine.
